About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager – Growth to identify and secure high‑impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for a global technology platform. This remote, full‑time position focuses on building and managing relationships with startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners through targeted outreach.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems with understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
