Parts Advisor (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Parts Advisor (Virtual Assistant) to join our Customer Success team. You will source automotive parts, liaise with suppliers, and provide accurate quotations and support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source automotive parts based on customer or technician requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and product information.
• Prepare accurate quotations and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update parts inventory records.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Deliver professional, high‑quality customer service through written and verbal communication.
• Ensure all documentation and communications are accurate and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Required skills

• Automotive parts knowledge (a plus).
