Payroll Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Payroll Executive to join our team in Karachi. The role supports the company’s payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Pakistani labor and tax laws.
• Maintain employee records, including time‑and‑attendance data, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to verify employee data and resolve payroll‑related issues.
• Provide payslips and attest employee status to banks, external companies, and government institutions.
• Process OPD reimbursements, leave encashment, and other allowances.
• Participate in payroll audits and help maintain data integrity.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with timely and accurate information.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, ACCA or CA qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused and result‑oriented mindset.
