P&C Insurance Specialist - US Home Insurance

About the role

An experienced US Home Insurance Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in US homeowners insurance and property and casualty (P&C) insurance operations is sought to join a growing team. The role covers policy processing, servicing, renewals and endorsements.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage US homeowners insurance policies, endorsements, renewals and cancellations
• Verify policy details such as coverage, premiums, deductibles and endorsements
• Review US home insurance documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with US carriers, agents and internal teams to resolve policy matters
• Handle customer queries about policies and coverage
• Maintain accurate policy records and meet quality and turnaround targets
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports

Required profile

• 3-4 years of mandatory US home insurance experience
• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
• Fixed US/night shift availability
• Preferred background: US homeowners insurance, P&C insurance, insurance BPO and back-office operations, mortgage and lienholder processing, insurance underwriting support

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of P&C and US homeowners insurance
• Hands-on experience in policy processing, servicing, renewals and endorsements
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and communication skills
