People Operations Associate (Karachi)

About the role

US Mobile is seeking a People Operations Associate to join its Karachi office. The role focuses on delivering a seamless employee experience from onboarding through the entire employment lifecycle, ensuring staff feel supported and informed in a fast‑growing, high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee experience and engagement initiatives across the office.
• Respond to employee queries and provide day‑to‑day People Operations support.
• Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and help implement solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers and cross‑functional teams to resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Maintain and improve People Operations processes, trackers, and internal workflows.
• Ensure employees receive timely updates and clear communication regarding their requests.
• Assist with administrative and operational People initiatives as needed.
• Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and people‑first workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or employee support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and internal systems.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams and putting employees first.
