People Operations Generalist (HR)

About the role

Volga Partners is looking for a motivated People Operations Generalist to support its growing global workforce. This role blends HR, talent acquisition, employee experience, and operational coordination in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of People Operations and senior leaders to deliver HR services across multiple regions.
• Support recruiting efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and workforce administration.
• Drive employee experience initiatives, address employee queries, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with project launches, operational coordination, and continuous improvement of people processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, follow through, and ask insightful questions.
• Mid‑level experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a global or fast‑growing organization.
