Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring a full-time, on-site Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist in Lahore. The specialist drives measurable customer acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency through data-driven performance marketing strategies, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, conversion optimization, analytics and growth experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels
• Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns to meet acquisition and revenue targets
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and LTV
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, competitor analysis and campaign targeting
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers and messaging
• Work with content and creative teams on ad creatives and copy
• Improve conversion funnels, analyze customer journeys and find drop-off points
• Build performance dashboards, report regularly and recommend growth opportunities to management
• Test new acquisition channels and collaborate with Sales, Product, Content and Business teams

Required profile

• 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition and digital marketing funnels
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion optimization
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion metrics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and independent work skills

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
• Nice to have: LinkedIn Ads, CRM and marketing automation, landing page optimization, basic SEO
