Performance Marketer (Ads Expert) - Onsite Lahore

About the role

A fintech firm in Australia is hiring an onsite Performance Marketer in Lahore to run paid campaigns for business transformation workshops, mentoring programmes and app subscriptions. The marketer plans, launches and scales ads on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, aiming for more leads, more registrations and a lower cost per result.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run Google Ads campaigns: Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Display
• Plan and run Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, including lead forms, retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Plan and run TikTok Ads, including Spark Ads and lead generation campaigns
• Set up and manage tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and TikTok Pixel
• A/B test creatives, hooks, audiences and landing pages, and brief the design and video team
• Manage daily budgets and track ROAS, cost per lead and cost per registration
• Send a daily AM plan and PM summary of tasks, plus a weekly performance report

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running Google, Meta and TikTok ads
• Proven results for lead generation, events, courses or coaching brands (case studies required)
• Has managed monthly ad budgets of USD 3,000 or more
• Good written English, analytical and data-driven; experience targeting Australia, UAE and international audiences is a plus
