Performance Marketer - Google Ads

About the role

The Ranking Geeks is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for the US market. You will focus on improving lead quality, increasing conversions and reducing cost per lead while driving measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Search Ads, Performance Max and YouTube Ads campaigns.
• Audit accounts, identify performance gaps and implement data‑driven optimisation strategies.
• Optimise keywords, bidding strategies, budgets and campaign structures.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Improve lead volume, conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience in lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Search Ads, Performance Max and YouTube Ads.
• Advanced knowledge of GTM, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Proven track record of optimising campaigns and reducing CPL.
• Experience with US local service businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
