Performance Marketer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketer to join our international, fully remote team. You will own paid‑media campaigns, optimise spend, and deliver measurable acquisition results for SaaS, MarTech and other tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Design and run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to improve lead quality.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Track acquisition funnels and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or paid media management.
• Proven track record managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models and marketing funnels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B or digital agency environments is a plus.
