Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns for our clients, ensuring they meet their ROI and growth targets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven results across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end PPC campaigns: keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages and other elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and generate regular performance reports.
• Perform competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and content creators to align campaign assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven success with eCommerce and services industry accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
