Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Media & E‑commerce Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital marketing and e‑commerce growth for our Pharma, OTC and Consumer Health portfolio. The role owns the full performance marketing cycle—from strategy and budget allocation to campaign execution, marketplace optimisation and analytics across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the performance marketing roadmap across paid search, paid social, programmatic and marketplace advertising, translating business objectives into clear KPIs, targets and budgets.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms, managing budgets to maximise ROI, ROAS and cost‑efficient acquisition.
• Drive growth on e‑commerce marketplaces (e.g., Daraz) and owned D2C channels, overseeing advertising, storefront optimisation, promotions and pricing coordination.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign and e‑commerce performance, analyse funnel metrics, CAC and LTV, and present actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or e‑commerce growth, preferably in FMCG, pharma or consumer health.
• Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets and leading a team.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Excel/Power BI and marketing attribution.
