Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Head. The role focuses on driving acquisition across paid channels, improving growth efficiency, and experimenting to break through flat order volume and cost‑per‑order trends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Meta and other paid acquisition channels.
• Own and scale Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) as primary growth drivers.
• Lead allocation and efficiency optimization across all channels.
• Drive improvements in CAC, CPO, ROAS, and LTV.
• Design and execute experimentation frameworks to unlock scalable growth.
• Partner closely with Analytics and Data Science teams to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing annual paid media budgets.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen).
• Strong attribution instincts and comfort operating with imperfect data.
• Performance‑first mindset with executive‑level accountability.
