Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead lead‑generation campaigns for our Lahore office. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns—from strategy and execution to optimisation and scaling—making a direct impact on business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust tactics to improve CPL and conversion rates.
• Enhance sales funnels and develop high‑converting landing pages.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, including pixels and events.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Report on KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Take full ownership of campaign performance from launch through scaling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience running landing‑page‑based lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts across various industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and enjoys problem‑solving.
