Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Code District, a custom software and AI development company based in Washington, DC with a delivery centre in Lahore, is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist. The role owns multiple campaigns across several brands and accounts, moves fast and turns marketing spend into measurable results. The position is based in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid campaigns end to end across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft/Bing, Reddit, X and other relevant platforms; Meta and Google experience is a must-have, others are a plus.
• Analyse and optimise performance across audiences, targeting, bidding, budgets, funnels, creatives, ad copy and landing pages.
• Drive creative testing by identifying winning hooks, formats, angles and messaging, then turn insights into new tests.
• Improve conversion rates by spotting friction on landing pages, offers, forms and the user journey.
• Manage multiple accounts at once, balancing priorities, budgets, reporting and execution.
• Use AI and modern marketing tools to speed up research, creative iteration, analysis, reporting and experimentation.
• Track CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and other key metrics per campaign.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience running and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable decisions.
• A sharp eye for creatives, copy and landing pages, and a proactive, resourceful approach that takes ownership.
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands, campaigns and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Meta and Google advertising; other platforms are a plus.
