About the role

We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Associate to support day‑to‑day insurance operations for our U.S. clients. This remote position involves handling client communications, processing quotes, and ensuring smooth policy management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls, respond to inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Prepare and process personal insurance quotes using carrier platforms.
• Assist with policy updates, endorsements, and changes while maintaining accuracy.
• Manage mortgage‑related insurance requests and coordinate required documentation.
• Respond to billing inquiries, assist with payment concerns and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate follow‑ups with clients and insurance carriers to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned with U.S. time zones.
