About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves designing and delivering both individual and group fitness programs while fostering a safe and motivating environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training plans.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and monitor client progress.
- Lead group circuit training sessions and sports coaching activities.
- Provide basic guidance on nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Maintain clean and organized training areas.
Required profile
- Strong background in personal training and fitness instruction.
- Practical experience with circuit training and sports coaching.
- Foundational knowledge of nutrition to support client wellness.
- Relevant certification from a recognized personal training or fitness coaching body.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate diverse clients.
