Pharmaceutical Production Manager (Remote)

Recruit AI is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a remote setting. The role focuses on ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high product quality within a pharmaceutical production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities to meet schedules and maintain efficient workflow.
• Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan, analyze, and optimize production processes for increased efficiency while upholding safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to monitor product quality and resolve issues.
• Utilize Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) for inventory control, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and monitor equipment performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and cross‑functional teams to streamline supply‑chain processes.
• Prepare detailed production reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and SOP compliance.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments without direct team management responsibilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and corrective actions.
