About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to build and grow our pharmacy channel presence across major cities in Pakistan. The role involves establishing a new distribution network from scratch and driving sales of pharma and nutraceutical products.

Key responsibilities

Identify, approach and onboard pharmacies, chemists and medical stores in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the pharmacy channel.
Introduce new products, secure shelf space and negotiate terms with pharmacy owners.
Maintain a database of prospects, convert them into active accounts and provide regular market intelligence.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma or Nutraceutical sales, specifically in the pharmacy channel.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target‑driven mindset with a persuasive approach.
