About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join Work Together in Lahore, delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care, ensuring medication safety, and supporting optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and execute physician prescriptions, confirming appropriateness and legality.
• Provide medication therapy management, safety monitoring, and patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmaceutical regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
• Monitor medication adherence and maintain accurate medication histories.
• Manage prescription and non‑prescription orders, including refill authorizations.
• Utilize digital healthcare systems and document consultation outcomes for the care team.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical research, guidelines, and advancements.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license in the practicing state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. with 3‑5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is desirable.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
