Pharmacy Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead our remote pharmacy team in Islamabad. The role ensures efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality patient care across all virtual channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, guaranteeing efficiency and adherence to legal and professional standards.
• Manage staffing, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and remote team coordination.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, handle procurement, and ensure continuous availability of medicines and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and senior management to design and launch new processes and services.
• Maintain quality‑assurance and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate documentation and comprehensive record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• State licensure as a pharmacist (preferred).
• 6‑10 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with proven managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, ethics, and professional standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy management software.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
