The Pharmacy Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of a remote pharmacy, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality patient care. This senior position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, maintaining efficiency and compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Manage staffing, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement, and ensure availability of medicines and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and senior management to introduce new processes and services.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met in line with regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce reports to identify improvement areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• State licensure as a pharmacist (preferred).
• 6‑10 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least several years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, ethics, and professional standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic mindset focused on customer service and quality improvement.

Required skills
