Physiotherapist – Full-time, On-site

About the role

The Physiotherapist will join a multidisciplinary team at CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences to assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients across musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and supporting the institute’s teaching and quality improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals in case discussions.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise, prevention strategies, and safety protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case meetings, quality improvement projects, and teaching sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice, infection control, and continuous professional development.
