Physiotherapy Intern – Hands‑on Clinical Experience

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapy Intern to join our clinic in Peshawar. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience assisting licensed physiotherapists with patient care, assessments and treatment planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
• Assist physiotherapists in patient assessments and demonstrate therapeutic exercises.
• Guide patients through exercise programs, monitor responses and ensure correct technique.
• Maintain accurate patient records, support scheduling and follow‑up communication.
• Provide patient education on posture, home exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Support basic clinic administration and uphold a clean, safe environment.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Foundational knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, empathy and a keen interest in pain management.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Peshawar and adapt to clinic hours.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic record‑keeping.
