Ping Identity IAM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Consultant with deep hands‑on expertise in the Ping Identity suite. The role involves designing, implementing, configuring and supporting secure identity and access solutions across enterprise applications and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, administer and support Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess and PingID/PingOne.
• Integrate enterprise applications using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, and connect IAM solutions with LDAP, Active Directory and other identity sources.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes such as onboarding, role changes, provisioning and de‑provisioning while enforcing RBAC and least‑privilege policies.
• Troubleshoot complex SSO, authentication, federation, token and certificate issues and collaborate with security, application, infrastructure and DevOps teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise Identity & Access Management.
• Strong practical experience with Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID/PingOne).
• Proven ability to implement SSO, MFA and federation using SAML, OAuth and OIDC standards.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with LDAP/Active Directory and managing RBAC/identity lifecycle.
