Platform Production Support Manager

About the role

The Platform Production Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, uptime, and reliability of our digital platforms, including EDMS, BAW, and Digital Workers. You will lead a team that monitors system health, resolves incidents, and drives continuous improvement across the production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of production support for Velocity (Microservices) and EDMS applications.
• Proactively monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and implement permanent fixes.
• Analyze incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and document preventive actions.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls, audit requirements, and internal risk guidelines.
• Lead process‑streamlining, automation, and monitoring enhancements to improve turnaround times.
• Support requirement gathering for fixes, enhancements, and regulatory changes, and participate in UAT and release validation.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, SOPs, and support guides following Agile and modern engineering practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production support or IT service management for complex digital platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting SLA commitments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
