About the role

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams. This role oversees a team of Project Managers, defines scope and deliverables, and drives initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Project Managers delivering multiple concurrent projects or a defined portfolio, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices, proactive risk management, decision‑making, and process improvement while maintaining objectivity in conflict resolution.
• Lead complex or strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate partner and SME engagement across multiple functions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive project requirements through demand‑planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis) and oversee order processing, scheduling, inventory management, and billing for customer‑specific delivery.
