Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)

About the role

Devsinc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specialized in AI/ML to design, build, and scale intelligent systems, including advanced AI agents that can reason, plan, and automate tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous or semi‑autonomous AI agents that interact with tools, APIs, and external systems.
• Develop production‑grade AI models, integrate LLMs, and create agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration systems.
• Optimize retrieval pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Build end‑to‑end ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI components via APIs and microservices, ensuring cloud‑native, scalable code.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering and applied machine learning.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
