Polish Speaking Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Polish‑speaking Operations Coordinator to support our freight forwarding and logistics activities for the Polish market. The role is based in Rawalpindi and involves daily interaction with Polish clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound email communication in Polish.
• Coordinate with Polish‑speaking clients, carriers and suppliers to arrange shipments.
• Maintain shipment records and operational data using Google Sheets.
• Assist with freight documentation, shipment tracking and status updates.
• Translate Polish communications and documents into English.
• Provide operational support to internal logistics teams and ensure accurate daily logs.

Required profile

• Polish language proficiency at least B1‑B2 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic experience in email management and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
