POS Surveillance Auditor

About the role

The Point of Sale (POS) Surveillance Auditor will continuously monitor POS transactions and associated camera footage across retail and food‑and‑beverage client sites. Working on‑site in Karachi, you will help detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and strengthen internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Review POS camera footage daily to spot suspicious activities, discrepancies, theft, or procedural violations.
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly audit reports documenting findings and observations.
• Maintain working papers, dashboards, and supporting documentation for audit trails.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of surveillance data and compliance with company policies and audit standards.
• Undergo training and, after certification, monitor an assigned set of stores during the probation period.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Availability for full‑time on‑site work in Karachi.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
