Practice Coordinator

About the role

Accounts Automated, an independent bookkeeping service founded in 2013, is hiring a Practice Coordinator in Lahore (DHA Phase 6). This is a full-time position for a highly organised, proactive person who can support senior leadership and keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting the Practice Manager and HR.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, inboxes, meetings and priorities
• Coordinate client communications and stakeholder relationships
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports and presentations
• Track deadlines, projects and follow-up actions
• Oversee front-office administration, office logistics and records
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance or a senior administrative role
• Excellent business English communication skills
• Experience in Australian professional services, accounting or consulting is highly preferred
• Candidates living near the office or within a convenient commuting distance are preferred
