Presales Manager

About the role

The Presales Manager will act as the technical bridge between customers, partners and our product teams. You will shape solution strategies, create compelling business value proposals, and ensure technical feasibility throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and business opportunities, develop technology strategies, and plan full project lifecycles.
• Prepare and deliver solution proposals, presentations, and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Understand industry infrastructure needs, propose technical solutions, select appropriate technologies, and estimate required resources.
• Produce technical documentation, coordinate with headquarters to capture local requirements, and drive product optimisations.
• Lead partner technical enablement, including training, certification, and ongoing support.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT pre‑sales, with solid knowledge of networking best practices.
• Deep understanding of servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, hyper‑converged infrastructure and virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Familiarity with leading virtualization and HCI solutions such as VMware, Simplivity, Nutanix, and Sangfor.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware VCP/VCAP, AWS or Azure Solution Architect, Sangfor) are a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a strong desire to grow technical and sales expertise.
