Pre‑Sales Manager – Lead Technical Sales Team

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Manager will lead a dedicated pre‑sales team, working closely with sales, product development and other cross‑functional groups to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. This position is responsible for translating client requirements into tailored solutions and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor the pre‑sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and product development to understand client needs and align solutions.
• Conduct technical assessments, create presentations, demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Participate in client meetings to present solutions and address technical questions.
• Prepare technical proposals, define project scope and deliverables.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings.
• Provide training to sales teams on technical topics.
• Capture client feedback and work with product development on enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8‑10 years of pre‑sales or technical sales experience, including 2‑3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet sales targets.
