Pre‑Sales Solutions Architect (FinTech / Digital Banking)

About the role

Lead technical pre‑sales and customer engagement for complex digital transformation programs in the FinTech and financial services sector. As a trusted advisor to C‑suite and technical stakeholders, you will run discovery sessions, translate client pain points into secure, scalable architectures, and guide high‑value bids from design through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own RFP/RFI processes and technically lead large‑scale bids, especially in FinTech or digital banking.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions built on the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud.
• Create technical estimations for effort, team composition, timelines, and licensing/hosting costs.
• Apply modern engineering standards such as micro‑frontends, microservices, containerization, and Agile/Lean SDLCs.
• Communicate architectural trade‑offs, risks, and commercial value to executives and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in pre‑sales, bid leadership, and solution architecture for FinTech or digital banking.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulatory and data‑protection requirements.
• Proven consultative stakeholder‑management skills.
