Principal Software Engineer - Frontend

About the role

Dubizzle Labs is looking for a Principal Software Engineer – Frontend to lead the development and enhancement of its frontend applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams from design through production, ensuring scalability and performance as the user base grows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, QA and design teams throughout the full SDLC, from initial design to production issue resolution.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the platform, focusing on automation, performance, availability, and reliability.
• Develop elegant, maintainable solutions for complex problems and write clean code following best practices.
• Mentor peers in a pair‑programming environment and communicate product architecture effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with JavaScript and frontend technologies.
• At least 6 years of production‑level experience with React.
