About the role

The Prior Authorization Associate manages the prior authorization process for medical services, working closely with healthcare providers, insurers, and patients to secure approvals before care is delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Execute benefit verification and authorization tasks accurately, adhering to guidelines, SLAs, and quality policies.
• Report challenges to the Team Lead and collaborate with teammates to improve performance.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, insurance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training to enhance technical knowledge in benefit verification and authorization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; fresh candidates are welcome.
• Good understanding of the full life‑cycle revenue cycle management.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to identify process‑improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

Required skills

• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Multi‑disciplinary project initiation and management.
