Project Manager – PG Reporting Opportunity Assessment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contractor to lead a 12‑week PG Reporting Opportunity Assessment. You will translate the approved scope into a detailed workplan, coordinate cross‑functional discovery, and deliver actionable recommendations to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end assessment charter, including scope, schedule, milestones, resources and governance.
• Coordinate collection of policies, data inventories, dashboards, source‑system extracts and other evidence, and facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Synthesize current‑state gaps, root‑cause analysis and future‑state requirements into a prioritized recommendation roadmap.
• Prepare executive‑ready status updates, decision packages and final hand‑off materials for implementation teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, information systems, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years leading complex assessments, transformation initiatives or reporting programs with full lifecycle ownership.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical judgment and structured problem‑solving under tight timelines.
