Process Controller – Production

About the role

The company seeks a detail‑oriented Process Controller to oversee and optimise production operations in its Karachi facility. The role combines technical expertise in blow‑moulding and injection moulding with strong process control, documentation, and proactive problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily machine operations, cycle times, parameter setups and output targets across manufacturing lines.
• Maintain precise production records, shift logs, process‑monitoring sheets and defect reports.
• Provide high‑frequency operational and status reports to the Production Manager.
• Implement and sustain 5S workplace organisation, cleanliness and standardisation.
• Identify line inefficiencies, process deviations or defect trends early and apply corrective actions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with Injection Moulding, Extrusion Blow Moulding and Injection Stretch Blow Moulding systems.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Process Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
