About the role
Join Mondelēz International’s chocolate manufacturing plant in Hub, Baluchistan as a Process Engineer. You will support the continuous improvement (CI) culture by maintaining systems, collecting accurate data, and tracking key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Provide training on CI tools, techniques, and the daily management system (DMS).
- Assist teams in gathering and extracting data to support CI initiatives and DMS compliance.
- Facilitate root‑cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps.
- Develop and implement new work standards to sustain improvements.
- Train and certify colleagues on CI tools and newly established work standards.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience with continuous improvement, lean or TPM methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong facilitation and communication abilities to lead team discussions.
- Organized, disciplined, and capable of logical, structured thinking.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using data analytics tools for data validation and insight extraction.
