Process Lead - SMD

About the role

The Process Lead – SMD will coach and lead the implementation of continuous improvement tools, manage changeover standards, and drive loss elimination across production lines in Akora Khattak.

Key responsibilities

• Act as coach and lead on IWS capability building and systems deployment for the department.
• Lead deployment of Autonomous Maintenance Pillar tools and own the Centerline Management system.
• Train team members on documentation and establish changeover standards for all product SKUs.
• Own Change Management DMS, validation processes and benchmark processes across plants.
• Analyze line data to identify loss elimination opportunities and lead root‑cause problem solving for chronic losses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with continuous improvement systems such as IWS, WCM, TPM and Six Sigma.
• Good understanding of mechanical processes, both hands‑on and theoretical.
• Effective communication and coaching abilities.
