Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Executive – Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for a P2P Executive to manage end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay processes with accuracy and strong controls. You will collaborate with procurement, vendors and internal teams to process invoices, handle payments and keep supplier records up‑to‑date, supporting GSK’s mission to unite science, technology and talent.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Prepare and execute payment proposals and review payment exceptions to meet contract terms.
• Maintain and update vendor records in the financial system and support vendor onboarding.
• Review travel and expense claims for policy compliance and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support audit, compliance and control activities to protect the business and ensure accurate financial postings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, procure‑to‑pay or similar finance operations.
• Professional accounting qualification or studying toward one (e.g., ACCA, CA, CIMA).
• Knowledge of local tax rules and vendor compliance requirements in Pakistan.
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP platforms.
• Experience in shared services or high‑volume transaction environments.
• Practical experience with internal controls and audit readiness.
• Proactive approach to improving processes and working collaboratively.
