Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for Disrupt’s multi‑entity footprint across the UAE, Pakistan and remote offices. The role covers consumables, fixed assets, and services procurement (excluding technical SaaS platforms) and owns the Fixed Asset Register and asset lifecycle governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a group‑wide procurement policy for all categories and own the procurement calendar aligned with budgets and capex plans.
• Lead competitive sourcing processes (RFQ/RFP) for major spend categories, maintain an approved vendor list and negotiate contracts, warranties and SLAs.
• Manage category portfolios including office supplies, IT hardware, furniture, equipment, vehicles and non‑technical services such as facility management, security, cleaning and catering.
• Own the contract repository, track renewals, conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure KYC compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain an accurate Fixed Asset Register across all entities, oversee asset lifecycle and coordinate with legal and finance on contract thresholds.

• Proven ability to operate across jurisdictions with differing regulatory, cultural and operational contexts.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management and contract administration.
