Manager, Corporate Operations

About the role

The Manager, Corporate Operations will lead end‑to‑end operational excellence across foodpanda’s Pan‑Pakistan supply chain, covering sourcing, warehousing and last‑mile logistics. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to optimise costs, boost fulfillment rates and ensure seamless coordination among internal teams, suppliers and third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sourcing, warehousing and last‑mile logistics for the entire Pakistan market.
• Maintain a fulfillment rate of 95% or higher and ensure timely creation of purchase orders.
• Resolve real‑time operational challenges such as stock shortages, capacity constraints and logistics disruptions.
• Onboard and manage warehouse and 3PL partners, aligning SOPs, payment terms and performance metrics.
• Control operational costs to stay below 2% of GMV and optimise working capital.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and margin improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, conduct audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead, mentor and develop the operations team, providing tools, training and resources.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably at a national scale.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers and third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs, control costs and improve margins.
