Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end procurement function for finished goods, components and parts across Nysonian’s consumer brands, ensuring uninterrupted supply and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement and sourcing activities for finished goods, raw materials, packaging and operational supplies.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation and onboarding initiatives.
• Drive cost optimisation through strategic negotiations, value engineering and MOQ optimisation.
• Establish and manage a Supplier Performance Management Program with scorecards and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain procurement dashboards providing real‑time visibility into purchase orders, production status, shipments and savings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA or professional certifications preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive procurement or supply‑chain experience, including global sourcing and managing international supplier networks.
• Proven track record in leading negotiations, cost‑optimization initiatives and supplier performance management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis for procurement analytics.
• Strong expertise in purchase order management and dashboard development.
