Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for Zones across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for generating purchase orders, overseeing invoicing, and ensuring timely receipt of goods while maintaining high standards of cost, quality and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order placement and ETA management within defined SLA limits.
• Prioritise sourcing routes to protect supplier rebates, comply with export regulations and minimise additional costs.
• Execute purchase orders with suppliers, aligning cost, quantity and delivery targets.
• Foster internal relationships with other departments to deliver five‑star service.
• Monitor orders older than 48 hours, aiming for a minimum of 5 % without an ETA, and resolve delays with the sourcing team.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and internal teams for new projects and initiatives.
• Update all open purchase orders for Zones EMEA entities by 11 am daily.
