Operation Executive - Aviation

About the role

The Operation Executive – Aviation will be based in our Islamabad office and work closely with the Dubai head office. You will monitor and manage flight operations, ensuring safe and efficient flight planning, tracking and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming flight information and forward updates to relevant departments and stations.
• Coordinate flight operations and communication between the Dubai head office and Islamabad office.
• Track flight statuses, schedules and real‑time updates for operational planning.
• Handle delays, cancellations, emergencies and other operational irregularities, escalating when required.
• Maintain accurate flight data, communication logs and operational records.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling staff and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in flight dispatch or airline operations (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO Annex 6 and other aviation regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.
