Procurement Systems Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Systems Expert to lead the development and operation of our cloud‑based spend management solution, Coupa. You will work within the Procurement Systems Squad, collaborating with internal customers and the Coupa Squad to ensure the platform meets global design standards and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Coupa according to best practices and customer expectations.
• Support day‑to‑day operational and development activities for sourcing, contract, procurement, and supply‑chain management.
• Evaluate and standardize solutions across Telenor Business Units for S2P processes.
• Provide SLA‑based support, monitor performance, and report on service metrics.
• Analyze new functional requirements, propose aligned solutions, and maintain custom fields and reporting.
• Test new Coupa releases from a functional perspective and explore untapped functionalities.
• Act as subject‑matter expert in forums, assisting project teams to ensure alignment with the global roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent finance qualification (CA/ACCA) with relevant ERP experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ERP implementation, specifically S2P/SCM solutions.
• Proven experience in process design, system configuration, testing, development specifications, and end‑user training.
