Product Designer - Fintech

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan's first digital bank, is looking for a Product Designer within its User Experience Design team, which oversees the customer experience across its digital channels. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product design experience, a proven track record of designing fintech products and hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to define problems, success metrics and product scope.
• Use data and research to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Design complete fintech journeys across payments, onboarding, lending and savings.
• Work with users and merchants to test ideas early and improve designs based on their feedback.
• Develop UX concepts, including user flows and use cases.
• Contribute to and continuously evolve the easypaisa design system.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, Business and Marketing teams, and work with developers so designs are implemented as specified.
• Own design QA for assigned products before they go live.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs, and maintain clear design specifications and annotations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Factors or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Strong understanding of fintech, banking or digital payments products.
• Ability to frame product problems and make data-driven design decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including preparing design specifications and documentation for developers.
• User research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• UX documentation and annotations for implementation.
