Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

You will shape product behavior from discovery to handoff, ensuring every release improves clarity, speed, and conversion. The role combines client discovery, high‑fidelity prototyping, and close collaboration with engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with clients and translate findings into prioritized product decisions.
• Create high‑signal interaction prototypes and implementation‑ready design specs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems used across multiple products.
• Partner with engineering to validate shipped UX and iterate based on real usage.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing production web applications, not only marketing pages.
• Strong Figma skills with component systems and interaction prototyping.
• Ability to explain design decisions in business and technical language.
• Working knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
