Product Development Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Lead to own the creation of differentiated product concepts for Decolure, a data‑driven e‑commerce company. In this high‑autonomy, remote position you will translate market signals, customer insights and competitive analysis into clear product briefs that guide research, sourcing, design and branding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product concept briefs, including positioning, USP architecture, naming, size/variation mix, packaging direction, listing angle and brand voice.
• Synthesize validated market research, customer feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (research, sourcing, brand management, design) to ensure alignment and execution of the product brief.
• Allocate focus: ~60% concept development, ~25% cross‑functional decision‑making, ~15% continuous improvement of existing products.
• Maintain a data‑driven approach, ensuring all product decisions are supported by analytics and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy, product marketing, product innovation and product development within an e‑commerce or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong ability to translate market data and customer insights into differentiated product offers.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, remote, high‑autonomy setting with a focus on ownership and accountability.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
